   Hi Emily,
   This is a great video of your hermit crabs. I’ll bet people – especially other students – would like to know more how to take care of these creatures. Maybe you can post some tips for them on your blog!

   Emily,

   I love your blog so far! When I was younger I had hermit crabs as pets, too. When it was warm we liked to let them run outside on our patio while we cleaned their cage. I love how colorful your hermit crabs’ shells are!

   I can’t wait to read more on your blog, and to share it with my students!

    Hi Emile I live in Howick in Auckland and Auckland has 2 harbours. I live 5 Mins away from lots beaches close to my house and I love looking for crabs in the water to. how long does it tack it for you to get to the beach or ocean thanks for leaving a message on my Blog

    My Dad got the crabs at the mall.
    We live 12 hours from the beech.
    Have you found any crabs yet?
    It is very cold to day but no snow.

    i love the blog…..LOL…..i love it……i love the hermit crabs shells. did you paint them or did you buy them that way? in the summer i see lots of hermit crabs at the beach but my mother never lets me keep them….what do they eat?
