Hermit Crabs

We found this picture on a blog. Isn’t it cool? It shows a hermit crab in a glass shell.
My crab molted. That means his skin fell off and he grew new skin. My other crab died. We bought another one and Thomas named it Pinky. Now they are happy because they are not alone. We try to get them out every day.
We gave them a bath yesterday and we cleaned their cage. It was very messy.

How long have you and your brother been looking after hermit crabs? Are they easy to look after?
That’s a really cool picture. I once caught a hermit crab at the beach and it popped out of its shell and swam away.
yes. they are easy to look after. but my bother Thomas put pinky in a sok. his pinchers were faceing up. my dad got him out. and he lost mine.
