A fourth grade girl's take on the world.
I have not told you this yet but I thought it would be a great project for the summer!

I am growing a garden!! I started planting like mid March. I’m growing radish, lettuce, carrots 2 different types of onion, corn pumpkins and potatoes. That is what we are now growing. We still have green bean, cantaloupe and cucumber seeds yet to plant.
I try to water the garden everyday. But when precipitation ( rain ) is in the forecast, I don’t water. That is the thing about living in Kansas or all places, you have to look at the weather all the time. Kansas has really crazy weather at times.
I can’t wait for the plants to grow big and strong, so I can eat them. If you are a gardener and you have any tips for me make sure to leave a comment and give them.

Hi Emily!
That’s awesome! How are the plants growing? I really want a garden at my house too, but there isn’t enough room. What’s it like owning a garden?
