I have always wanted to visit the ocean, but now I have a new place I would like to visit.

I want to go to, Costa Rica. My dad showed me this video thinking of how I might like it and how he wants to go there. It shows a rainforest BUT, how people live in this forest.

Most people have heard of Star Wars right? Well, if you have seen it, there are these small creatures they look kinda like small teady bears. Called ewoks But they live in tree houses all over the jungle. Costa Rica has this place where people built tree houses just like the ewoks. I thought it was really cool. Check out the video below to see a little on what it’s like.

Hi! Well this happend a few years ago. So for an assignment at school we were supposed to write a story about a time of our lives and I chose this story I hope you enjoy.

THE TIME MY DAD LOST HIS CAR

One morning, I got up to play outside. When I was shooting baskets I noticed the car was gone. I ran inside and told my dad what I saw… ” WHAT! ”  The car is gone! Mom and dad looked out the window, and then dad ran outside. While dad was thinking of what could have happened, mom called 911 . The police showed up at my house. ” What’s the problem? ” He asked. ” Somebody stole my car! ” Dad explained in a panic. The police started asking questions and  looking for footprints, I was inside ( mom did not really want me outside at the time ) so did not really know what they were talking about.

Later my mom told me to go to the post office to get my family’s mail. On the way there I spotted the car at the library. I parked my bike on the sidewalk and looked in the car to see if it was my dads. With all the trash in it I knew it was my dads! I rode home as fast as I could! I yelled to my mom and dad ” I FOUND THE CAR!!! ” Then my dad said something like  ” Enough with your foolishness! ” I yelled back … ” NO!! I did really find your car! ”  So my dad Finally went down town to the library to see if his child was right. When he looked in the car , he knew it was his. he came back to the house and told the family and police , ” I must have forgot the car at the library. ” Because, last night I came home to the library to see my family , then got in my wife’s car and drove to another town for supper.

I had a very fun weekend! I am going to tell you how awesome my weekend was. Lets get started!!

So on Saturday I had my basketball game & camp. Once again I had a blast at both! We worked on our jump stops, shooting, passing, dribbling and triple threat. I love doing all those things, but I have 2 problems. #1 I am in the bad habit of not shooting correctly ( I normally shoot with two hands ). #2 ( I think this happens to a lot of people ) You know how you practice all these different moves and things like that at practices? Well, coaches teach me those things, I get them down at the practices. Then when the game comes you forget to use them or can’t find the best time to use them.  Those are my 2 main problems. … practice makes perfect .    The game was a great game! Our team lost by a few points. But I had a great time playing. Yes, I was sore after the game, Yes, I was a LITTLE tired but I play to have fun, to get active, and it’s something fun to do so that you don’t have to sit at home being bored on your weekend!!

On Sunday…    Sunday was the ” Super Bowl “! The Super Bowl is an American football game that has been around for 46 years! I think it is so fun to watch! Some people watch it for the NEW Commercials others watch for the game! I watch for both! This year it was the New York Giants vs. New England Patroits. The Giants won the super bowl!! GREAT GAME! I always love watching the game and new commercials!

Monday…   We had no school on Monday… YAY!!!!!!   Well Monday was sure exiting…Cleaning day ( for ME! ) Thomas got to watch TV all day while I Cleaned! I picked up the living room, cleaned doors and windows! All kinds of things! Well that’s about all I did on Monday!   Bye!

This is an update made for The Daily Create.

This week was spirit week! This is the 1st year my class and I have had spirit week because, now we are in the fourth grade and that means we are in the middle school building.  So we did not have school on Monday so on Tuesday we had crazy day – Crazy hair day. Now I was very sad on Tuesday because, I did not know that it was crazy day and I really really wanted to do crazy day… so I just put my hair in a funky way and pulled up my long socks.    On Wednesday   was rodeo day. I did not have any cowgirl boots or hat so I just wore a plaid shirt and some tan boots. On Thursday, we had red,white and blue day. I wore 1 red, 1 blue sock and a red white and blue t-shirt. Today ( FRIDAY!!! ), was PJ day!!! I wore my K-State PJ bottoms with my orange shirt that says ” Professional marshmallow roaster ” and my Silvester slippers.  Sorry I don’t have any pictures. Bye! Ok so I was watching some more science videos, and I found this one. Now I have always wanted to do this and see what would happen BUT you know how moms are about these kind of things! Well anyways I never thought you could walk on eggs or squeeze an egg with out it or only a few breaking! I was amazed that you could do this + a mom doing it WOW! I think this is a really awesome trick! Myself I would think that the egg whites & yolk would feel good on your feet.  Hi Vistors,

On Friday I had my 10th Birthday party. I had lots of fun! I had my friends Payton, Adria and Rylie. They got off the school bus with me. First we played hide-n-go seek and Monopoly next we went out to eat at a Mexican restaurant. ( My favorite ) I had 1 taco and rice yummmy! And for desert you can see what is down below! They put whipped cream all over my face I tried to lick it off! The workers there sang the Happy Birthday song to me in Spanish!   Then we went home, we finished playing our Monopoly game, opened presents,slid down the stairs with sleeping bags, went to bed and stayed up until 2:00 AM! In the morning ( on Saturday ) we went into the hot tub! Hi Visitors,

About 2 weeks ago the Grade & Middle school had our winter concert.  The video above is my class and the 5th graders singing ” Rocking on top of the world “. This is one song we sang… we sang 4 songs total. We played 1 song with kazoo’s. ( 4th graders don’t have band, 5th graders do. I will play in band. I either will play the trumpet or saxophone! )  The other songs we sang were ” Wonderful wonders of winter “,” Rules for Christmas “,” Here we come a caroling ” & ” March of the kings ” ( The song we played with the kazoo’s ) .

Now this video up above is the Grade school. My brother is in this school so he is some where in there. I don’t know very much about his schools act because I do not go to that school anymore! ( I’m a big kid now! ha ha )

Hi again! Sorry I’m writing this post way after Christmas but I was kinda busy! In this post I will tell you a few of my favorite things I got for Christmas.    Here I go…

I got an iPod touch with 2 covers one with flowers and  with just plain red. I got over 15 pairs of socks!!! I got Gum ball machine. I got a hippo! ( I like to sing ” I want a hippo for Christmas ” so I got a TOY one! ha ha ) I got clothes. I got a lot of other things but I just want to tell you one of the BEST presents I have ever got! …  4 KANSAS CITY ROYAL’S TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!  I have no idea who we are going to see them play… maybe the White Sox or the Indian’s.    I want to know a few things  you got for Christmas or tell me what you did for X-mas!
