How’s The Garden: My garden has DOUBLED since I first talked to you about it! We planted more. We planted tomatoes, peppers, green beans a LOT more lettuce and carrots.  I will post pictures of my garden later in the post.  We have actually harvested a few veggies. We made salad, and yesterday my dad and I made cozy burgers. In our salad we put lettuce, onion, and radish. With our burgers we grilled them w/ onions in them, we put lettuce on top along with cheese and ketchup ( YUM! ) I can’t wait to try all veggies especially the corn and carrots.

Owning a garden: I think owning and growing a garden is really fun. But my dad says that it won’t be as fun working in 100 degree weather!   It kind of is a big responsibility I think. The reason why is because, you HAVE to water, pull weeds and watch the weather ( especially in Kansas )! But it is REALLY fun.

We went a little out of town to see it but When I first saw it I was like Oh My GOSH!!! I thought it was amazing. We got our binoculars out to get a better look at it. I could see the big craters in it. It was bright and full. I wonder if I will ever see something that cool again. I also have a website to show you that my dad gave me. Oh Yeah! Well in my 4th grade writing class, we finnaly started a blog. We will try to write posts weekly. I think One student will write their own post on what he class did what the thougt was fun, or just something cool.

I am growing a garden!! I started planting like mid March. I’m growing radish, lettuce, carrots 2 different types of onion, corn pumpkins and potatoes. That is what we are now growing. We still have green bean, cantaloupe and cucumber seeds yet to plant.

I try to water the garden everyday. But when precipitation ( rain )  is in the forecast, I don’t water.          That is the thing about living in Kansas or all places, you have to look at the weather all the time. Kansas has really crazy weather at times.

I can’t wait for the plants to grow big and strong, so I can eat them.  If you are a gardener and you have any tips for me make sure to leave a comment and give them.

I want to go to, Costa Rica. My dad showed me this video thinking of how I might like it and how he wants to go there. It shows a rainforest BUT, how people live in this forest.

Most people have heard of Star Wars right? Well, if you have seen it, there are these small creatures they look kinda like small teady bears. Called ewoks But they live in tree houses all over the jungle. Costa Rica has this place where people built tree houses just like the ewoks. I thought it was really cool. Check out the video below to see a little on what it’s like.

This week I chose to look at the picture above and tell about what I think happened.  Oh, Yes I forgot. I learned that when you find a picture you want to put on your website ( blog ), You should always include you took the pic. or made it ( Drew it ). So I will write that. Miss W. was the one who took this photo.

Ok this is what I think happened.

On the beach someone was being chased. By a Shark.  And the Shark could breath on land. The person jumped over the gate and got there foot stuck, pulled it out and the shoe came off. But he let it go and Ran all the way home. That is what I think could have happened ( in a movie ).

That was my story.
